Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation partners with charitable individuals and organizations committed to using philanthropy to help build a healthy and vital North Tahoe region.
Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation is a collection of distinct charitable funds that have been established by individuals, families, corporations and nonprofit organizations to strengthen our North Tahoe community.
These funds, most of which are
- permanantly endowed,
- are pooled, invested and
- managed by professional money managers and
- overseen by an appointed finance committee
- and TTCF staff.
A portion of the income from each fund is made available for grants to non-profit organizations and projects. Some funds have grantmaking that is advised by the establishing donors through Donor Advised Funds, while others are directed by TTCF.
