2015 Community Scholarships Awarded

The scholarship selection process reveals certain realities facing our young people, and the remarkable ways they rise above circumstances out of their control. Fortunately, many community members have established scholarship funds to help these kids start on the path of higher education. Perhaps, we can offer even more next year.

Robert “Fro” Frohlich Memorial Scholarship Gives Flight to Dreams

The Robert “Fro” Frohlich Memorial Scholarship was established to help students pursue their dreams. We interviewed last year’s recipient and were enamored by her grace, her passion and her drive. Alina Rose Sabah of North Tahoe overflowed with gratitude and humility for the opportunity to pursue her dream, and we feel the same way about being able to help her do so.
