Resource Sharing Meetings
First Tuesday of Every Month From 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Monthly Resource Sharing Meetings allow members of the Community Collaborative to share updates, leverage resources, ground-truth data, and collectively support families in the Tahoe Truckee region. Each month focuses on an emergent or urgent community issue, including mental health systems, senior needs, and youth mobilization.
Leadership Council Meetings
Quarterly on the Second Thursday of the Month From 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Leadership Council Meetings ensure executive leadership teams of CCTT’s 45+ partner agencies are connected and able to collectively respond to community needs. As the voting and governing body of CCTT, the Leadership Council meets quarterly to diagnose community issues, advocate for collaborative solutions and resources, and guide the direction of the Collaborative.
Racial Equity Meetings
Second Thursday of Every Month From 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
CCTT’s Racial Equity Subcommittee meets monthly to serve as an advisory body for CCTT’s Learning Journey Implementation Plan. This subcommittee brings learnings about race, racism, and social equity to the Collaborative and ensures the operations, governance and programming of CCTT are driven by equity.
Early Learning Education and Care Working Group
Third Tuesday of Every Other Month From 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
This bimonthly meeting brings together partner agencies that serve families in the Tahoe Truckee region with children aged 0 – 5 years old. This collective of direct service providers and First 5 Commissioners convenes partners to leverage resources and identify collaborative solutions to support families in the most critical stage of a child’s foundational learning.
