Fire Ready Truckee Tahoe

Ready for fire season? Learn how to stay safe in wildfires and make your homes and neighborhoods more resilient. This event will feature local speakers discussing wildfire readiness along with tables, booths, vendors, and demos that showcase practical guidance for safety and resilience.
Get practical help with home hardening and fire-resilient landscaping. Listen and meet local experts with answers to your top concerns. Explore innovative solutions that can safeguard our community. Participate in family-friendly activities that teach emergency readiness. Learning for all — your neighbors, your family, your community.
Free and open to the public.

Save the date for this special Lunch & Learn hosted by TTCF’s Forest Futures and Community Collaborative of Tahoe Truckee (CCTT) programs! Give yourself peace of mind this wildfire season by setting up emergency alerts, learning evacuation routes, and packing up your to-go bag.

Hosted in partnership with the Tahoe Truckee COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster), this Lunch & Learn will share guidance on how to stay safe in wildfires: by planning effectively, staying informed, and helping your neighbors and communities.

Spanish interpretation will be provided.
