Queen of Hearts Women’s Fund, a program of Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation, facilitated its third annual GEMS (Grant Educate Motivate Serve) Grant Cycle. On December 3rd, members and guests watched eight finalists present their grant proposals at the Cedar House Sport Hotel. Voting began the next day, and for the first time members were able to access the presentations via an online recording. After a week of voting, the results are in.
