TTCF is honored to share with you some amazing news: we have been nominated for the Nonprofit of the Year in this year’s North Lake Tahoe 61st Annual Community Awards. The nomination was spurred by our partnership “in 2014 with the Sierra Sun to create the first regional Give Back Tahoe Giving Guide which raised over $124,000 for local nonprofits.”
It is so humbling to be included amongst so many individuals and organizations dedicated to North Tahoe through business, volunteer work, and community development. Sponsored by North Lake Tahoe Chamber, CVB, and Resort Association, the awards dinner is on March 26th and we are looking forward to attending the event and celebrating our community members.
Stacy Caldwell, TTCF’s own dynamite CEO, has also been nominated for Citizen of the Year: “Stacy’s tireless work to help support local non-profits is amazing. She is committed to the community and takes every step to keep it healthy and her efforts show.” While she may be too humble to share the news, we here at TTCF are quite proud of her nomination as she celebrates her three year anniversary in Tahoe-Truckee.
