Rosemarie Moon, a California native, was ‘Loud and Proud’ as most of her friends describe her. She was a very devoted wife, mother and friend. She has always wanted to be part of a community and living in Truckee has allowed her to do that. She did so by volunteering at the elementary school, becoming a TTUSD employee and PTO President. One of her true passions was education. She decided to go back to college and study Psychology. She was so intrigued by the human mind and behavior. Though she did not get the opportunity to complete her studies we hope the scholarship fund will allow a student the opportunity to obtain a Psychology degree.
Requirements: Available to Truckee High School graduating seniors who have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0, show demonstrated need and intend to major in or study Psychology at their school of choice.
